Stimulating the growth of domestic demand is our locomotive to promote economic development. It is the same in the new exterior wall insulation material industry. Only by promoting the growth of domestic demand for exterior wall insulation materials can the insulation material industry develop rapidly. Green energy conservation and green buildings are undoubtedly the first choice. Seven criteria need to be met in high quality:

4. Expand the strategic industry of new exterior wall thermal insulation materials;
5. Cultivate new economic growth points;
6. Promote scientific and technological innovation.

Vigorously promote the green building thermal insulation system and building wall thermal insulation and energy conservation, which can not only promote industrial upgrading, change the growth mode, stimulate the economy and stimulate domestic demand, but also the subsequent benefits of energy conservation and emission reduction are much greater than our initial costs.
In recent years, there has been a rapid war of green building wall insulation materials in China. The society has formed a consensus on the development of green energy-saving exterior wall insulation materials. If 200 construction projects are maintained every year, the management system and standard system will be gradually established. To promote the development of green buildings and building energy conservation, we must first increase the proportion of green buildings in new buildings. Secondly, we should accelerate the energy-saving transformation of public buildings. China launched the demonstration of key cities for energy-saving transformation of public buildings in 2012. The transformation area of the first three cities of Shenzhen, Chongqing and Tianjin is expected to exceed 12 million square meters. The future goal is to reduce the energy consumption per unit area of public buildings in key cities by more than 20 by 2016.
We should promote the construction of affordable housing and take the lead in implementing energy-saving and green building standards. At present, Shenzhen, Xiamen and other places have taken the lead in proposing that all newly-built affordable houses are green buildings. By 2014, all affordable houses built in municipalities directly under the central government, cities specifically designated in the state plan and provincial capital cities will implement green building standards. Our government should really consider what industrial policies should be formulated and what industries and domestic demand should be supported. We can no longer use financial funds to subsidize those backward and excess capacity. Green buildings and building energy conservation will undoubtedly be the best domestic demand.
